GlucoPerfect
By NutraPerfect

GlucoPerfect is a natural alternative to taking diabetic medication.

Many people have reactions to diabetic medications or in spite of taking the prescribed dosages, they do not effectively lower glucometer readings.

It has been found that many diabetics are not even breaking down their prescription tablets for absorption into the system. GlucoPerfect in a capsule has many components to better digest all carbohydrates, to support insulin, and to assist in alleviating carbohydrate cravings.

This formula is probably the first in the country to combine many popular proven ingredients that individually and respectively have been around for a while and all have effective reports in lowering glucose in the body. NutraPerfect simply put all of the effective over the counter ingredients for diabetes control all together in one capsule. One capsule with a meal is generally sufficient to digest the carbohydrate elements that can be problematic to diabetics. This can be used between meals also for additional control and stabilization of blood sugars.

A diabetic that is insulin dependant should be cautious because of the dramatic glucose decrease created by GlucoPerfect.

Use this product with the advice of your health care practitioner.

Chromium Polynicotinate -It is the most bio-available source of Chromium currently on the market. Essential in converting fats into lean muscle mass. Helps to regulate and promote the production of insulin. Does not cause toxicity that Chromium Picolinates can cause.

L-Taurine - Taurine is a non-essential crystalline, free form amino acid. It is a soothing, inhibitory neurotransmitter and plays a major role in stabilizing the heartbeat and electrical activity of the nerves. Taurine is also necessary for the proper functioning of the "sodium/potassium ATP-ase pump" which regulates the ion balance between the cells and the extracellular fluid that surrounds them. This critically important "pump" actually uses 7% to 40% of the ATP energy our bodies produce. Needed for the digestion of fats and control of serum cholesterol. Also, very useful in hypoglycemia.

Gymnema Sylvestre - Gymnema Sylvestre, or Rams Horn has been used for almost two thousand years to treat diabetes. It has been shown to stabilize blood sugar without triggering the hypoglycemic levels that many treatments can cause. When you consider that it is also a diuretic, you can see that it is beneficial to anyone on a low carbohydrate diet. Our bodies easily convert carbohydrates into glucose, which is a quick fuel. A low carb diet seeks to force the body to burn fat as fuel instead; fat burns slower than carbs, so we can sometimes feel a bit fatigued or even light-headed due to a lower blood sugar level. Gymnema helps the body maintain a more constant level, resulting in better endurance, which can be beneficial if an exercise program is part of the weight loss plan. Is also effective for diminishing carbohydrate cravings.

Garcinia Cambogia - Garcinia is a big-sized perennial plant commonly found in evergreen forests in the southern region of Thailand. The fruit contains fruiting acids such as Citric acid, Tartaric acid, Malic acid and Ascorbic acid that have an antioxidant activity. One of the important substances, Hydroxycitric acid (HCA) can help to promote Weight loss, by lowering lipogenesis and increasing glycogen development, thus lowering appetite. Carbohydrate cravings are lowered.

Banaba Leaf Extract - Banaba leaf extract or Corosolic Acid has actions in stimulating glucose transport into cells and can help maintain healthy blood sugar levels. For some people, fluctuations in blood sugar are related to appetite hunger and various food cravings for carbohydrates such as breads and sweets. Banaba leaf may be a healthy way to support a leaner and more slender body through appetite and sugar control. Banaba is a leaf from a tree found in the South Pacific.

Mormordica - Sometimes called Bitter Melon, Mormordica Extract is from a tropical fruit widely cultivated in Asia and South America. The blood-sugar-lowering action of the fresh fruit or extract of the unripe fruit has been established in human clinical trials, as well as in experimental models. Fenugreek - Fenugreek is a food and a spice commonly eaten in many parts of the world, and has been used for centuries by practitioners of Ayurvedic and Traditional Chinese Medicine. Research in the past two decades has shown that fenugreek seeds help lower blood sugar in diabetics. Fenugreek may also lower levels of triglycerides.

Vanadium - Vanadium is a compound found in tiny amounts in plants and animals. Early studies showed that vanadium normalized blood glucose levels in animals with type 1 and type 2 Diabetes. A recent study found that when people with diabetes were given vanadium, they developed a modest increase in insulin sensitivity and were able to decrease their insulin requirements. Also, necessary for cellular metabolism and for formation of bones and teeth. It has a great role in growth and reproduction, and inhibits cholesterol synthesis. Studies have shown vanadium deficiency to be linked to cardiovascular and kidney disease, impaired reproductive ability, and increased infant mortality.

Citrus BioComplex - The flavinoids and other natural components found in parts of fruit are the catalysts for better absorption of many vitamin values. The biocomplex also bonds with various sugar values for more effective utilization into the tissues.

Alpha Lipoic Acid - Alpha Lipoic Acid speeds the removal of glucose (sugar) from the blood which accounts for the profound benefits seen by diabetics as well as its reputation for fat loss. ALA is also crucial for energy production. It helps break down sugar for the production of ATP, the fuel used by cells to keep the body running. Vitamin E - Fat soluble and specially suited to protect the oily portion of the body's cells. The body needs a combination of oil and water soluble antioxidants. Essential for health in the adrenal and pituitary glands. It improves circulation and is necessary for tissue healing and repair. Inhibits oxidation of lipids (fats) and the formation of free radicals. It protects other fat soluble vitamins and retards aging. D-Alpha Tocopherols are considered the most potent form of all of the vitamin E molecules. Necessary for glucose utilization.

Jerusalem Artichoke - Jerusalem artichokes are not artichokes at all but a member of the sunflower family. The Italian word for a sunflower is 'girasol' (probably the origin of the word Jerusalem), the American Indians called them sunchokes, the French named them topinambours, which is their word for tuber. Jerusalem Artichoke contains inulin, which may also help control blood glucose levels. Inulin is a polyfructosan or fructose oligosaccharide, which has shown in studies to have beneficial effects on blood glucose.

Garlic - Has antibiotic, hypocholesterolemic, hypotension, and antithrombotic properties. Garlic has been found helpful in treating a myriad of conditions: circulatory, urinary, respiratory and digestive problems. It is effective against infections, lowers blood sugar, regulates cholesterol, reduces low density lipoproteins and stabilizes blood pressure while raising high density lipoproteins. Stimulates more urine flow and production of bile to help digestion. Shown to be an effective immune stimulant.

Magnesium - This mineral has a vast regulating effect on muscle contracting/relaxing and bone strengthening. Deficiency plays a key role in all diseases, regulated by constriction of the heart and circulatory system; including heart attacks, strokes, migraine headaches, muscle tics, PMS symptoms, and kidney stone formation. The link between diabetes mellitus and magnesium deficiency is well known. A growing body of evidence suggests that magnesium plays a pivotal role in reducing cardiovascular risks and may be involved in the pathogenesis of diabetes itself. While the benefits of oral magnesium supplementation on glycemic control have yet to be demonstrated in patients, magnesium supplementation has been shown to improve insulin sensitivity. Based on current knowledge, clinicians have good reason to believe that magnesium repletion may play a role in delaying type 2 diabetes onset and potentially in warding off its devastating complications -- cardiovascular disease, retinopathy, and neuropathy.

Zinc Gluconate - A mineral sometimes referred to as chelated Zinc which is the recommended form of Zinc concerning absorption and price. Zinc plays as an essential role in RNA and DNA which explains involvement in growth, development, and reproduction. Activates lipase and other metabolic enzymes. Zinc is a constituent of the antioxidant enzyme superoxide dismutase (SOD). Necessary for the action of the B complex vitamins. One of the main healing minerals for healthy hair and proper digestion of proteins, carbohydrates and essential for sugar conversion. A component of more than 60 enzymes including those essential to manufacturing the body's natural antioxidants. Important for healthy skin and nails, effective wound healing, normal pregnancies, male virility, and sense of taste.

Biotin - Essential for normal growth of all body tissues and cells, utilization of B complex vitamins, maintenance of skin, hair, all secreting glands, nerves, bone marrow, and male sex hormones. It assists in the formation of enzymes. This vitamin is helpful in the management of neuropathy and enhances glucose utilization.

Vitamin B-3 (Niacinamide) - Niacinamide a water-soluble essential vitamin is vital in energy metabolism, hormone regulation, good physical and mental health. It is involved in production of hydrochloric acid for the digestive system. It lowers cholesterol and improves circulation. It must be obtained from the diet or supplementation. It is the precursor to Niacin, but does not cause the "flush" normally associated with Niacin intake. Niacinamide (B-3) has been known to regulate the body's sugar levels..

Maitake Mushroom - This Maitake has a high content of polysaccharide (30% extract) which in laboratory studies inhibits the growth tumors, kills HIV, and enhances immune cells. Maitake is considered the most absorbable of the mushrooms. Maitake research started at Georgetown University in Washington DC. and New York Medical College, Valhalla, NY. in 1997. They both discovered an active compound in the Maitake mushroom called X-fraction. This X-fraction, according to their studies, would weaken the insulin resistance and consequently enhance insulin sensitivity. Excellent for all Type II diabetics.

Biberry - Anthocyanosides, the bioflavonoid complex in bilberries, a close relative to blueberries, are potent antioxidants. Bilberry has been known to prevent blood vessel thickening due to diabetes mellitus. Bilberry protects cholesterol from being oxidized and helps in Atherosclerosis.

Cinnamon - An inexpensive spice that many of us use often reduces insulin resistance, according to researchers at the U.S. Department of Agriculture. Cinnamon is the subject of the April 2001 issue of LXN Corp.'s Newsletter indicating the use of cinnamon in adequate amounts bring down blood glucose levels. Data from the Agricultural Research Unit in Maryland was first published in the New Scientist in August 2000. The researchers found that cinnamon rekindled the ability of fat cells in diabetics to respond to insulin and greatly increased glucose removal. It is believed that a substance in cinnamon called MHCP is the main reason for its beneficial results.

Enzyme and Mineral Blend - Most of NutraPerfect products contain a uniquely formulated blend of enzymes and the specific minerals to more effectively "trigger" the enzymes to function. The primary reason for the inclusion of enzymes in this formula is to get all of the GlucoPerfect components broken down for better assimilation and absorption into the body's tissues. Especially, the enzymes amylase, invertase, maltase, and lactase.
